Slide computer Website Twitter Instagram Conor Harris about Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to develop as a trainer through many diverse environments and methodologies. Early on in my training career, I was exposed to the revolutionary system of Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), in which my passion for training was ignited at an all-time high. My eyes were opened up to an entirely new way of addressing the human body, and I have carried that knowledge with me throughout my career. I have trained dozens of first-round draft picks across the major sports in the United States, trained a National Championship-winning baseball team, and countless individual clients who seek to improve their movement & posture.

Slide computer Website Instagram Kyle Waugh about I started in fitness and rehab as a track and cross country athlete and transitioned in my early 20s to gym rat riddled with injuries. It got to the point that I couldn’t even sleep without pain waking me up three times a night. I was told to never lift again and that I’d have a hip replacement by 24. I’m now 27, I’m pain free, I still have my own hip joints, and I can sprint, jump and lift however I please. I’m definitely not perfect, but I'm stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been. I’m now a holistic movement and fitness specialist focused on optimizing the human experience. I look to bridge the worlds of physical therapy and fitness together and get people living their best life.
